We collect your name, email address, the keywords and competitors you ask us to monitor, and your positioning statement. We store the briefings we generate for you and logs of signal events detected across your sources. We collect billing information through Stripe — we never store card numbers ourselves.
We use your information solely to operate The Signal: monitoring the sources you configure, generating your weekly briefing, and delivering it to your email. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
We use the following processors to deliver The Signal:
Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement. Your data is processed in Canada, the US, and the EU.
We retain your briefings and signal history for as long as your account is active. When you cancel, we delete your personal data within 90 days unless required by law to retain it longer.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may unsubscribe from briefing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, or from your Settings page. To delete your account entirely, email us and we will action it within 30 days.
We use only functional cookies required to keep you signed in (Supabase session cookies). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
