The Signal is an AI-powered reputation intelligence service operated by The Unfair AI LLC ("we", "us"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms. The service monitors publicly accessible digital sources for mentions of your name, brand, and keywords, and delivers a weekly briefing email.
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Accounts are for individual use only unless you hold a partner or white-label plan.
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Founding member rates are locked for the lifetime of the account as long as the subscription remains active. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
You may not use The Signal to monitor third parties without their consent, for competitive intelligence on individuals, or in any manner that violates applicable privacy laws. The briefing content is for your personal strategic use only and may not be resold.
Briefing interpretations and recommendations are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice — financial, legal, marketing, or otherwise. Always apply your own judgment before acting on a recommendation.
We aim for reliable Monday morning delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Signal monitoring depends on third-party API availability. We are not liable for delays or gaps caused by data source outages or API changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Unfair AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of The Signal. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
